Accessibility Statement
What we have built for, and how to tell us when we have got it wrong.
Last updated: 28 August 2026.
Our commitment
This website has been designed and built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What that means in practice
- Every function on the site can be operated with a keyboard alone, and the focus indicator is always visible.
- The page structure uses correct HTML landmarks and one meaningful heading hierarchy per page.
- Colour contrast in text and interface elements is tested against the AA thresholds.
- All decorative artwork is hidden from assistive technology; meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text.
- Menus, accordions, dialogs and the search overlay expose their state to screen readers and trap focus correctly while open.
- Every form control has a programmatically associated label, and errors are announced in text rather than by colour alone.
- Motion is disabled automatically for anyone whose system requests reduced motion.
- No content flashes, auto-plays with sound, or moves without a way to stop it.
Known limitations
We are not aware of outstanding barriers at the time of publication. Accessibility is not a one-off exercise, so this statement will be updated as the site changes.
Reporting a problem
If you encounter a barrier on this site, email info@touchactive.in or call +91 88999 05777, telling us the page and what happened. We will respond and fix it.
Send us the opening. We will send back a specification.
A drawing, an elevation or a photograph on your phone is enough to start. We will come back with the right product, the make-up and a written quotation.
