- Information you provide. When you complete a contact, quotation or career form we collect the name, email address, telephone number, and any project detail or message you choose to include. Career applications may include a CV you attach.
- Technical information. Standard server logs recorded when a page is requested, which may include IP address, browser type and the pages viewed.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation or specification.
- To carry out a project you have engaged us for.
- To consider a career application.
- To maintain the security and performance of this website.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not send marketing email to people who have only made a project enquiry unless they have asked to receive it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and project correspondence is retained for as long as needed to serve the enquiry and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to us. Career applications are retained for the duration of the recruitment process unless you ask us to keep them on file.
Your choices
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@touchactive.in. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Third parties
This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. Requests to that service are subject to Google's own privacy terms. No advertising or behavioural tracking scripts are used on this website.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
