    The interesting problems here are technical. People who want to understand why a thing works tend to enjoy it.

  • Attention to the detail nobody photographs

    Cabling routes, switching zones, tolerances. The quality of an installation lives there.

  • Willingness to say the difficult thing

    Telling a client that they do not need what they asked for is part of the job, not a failure of it.
